AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 25
Littering, spitting or other unhygienic conducts
(1) No person shall drop or leave litter other than in a receptacle designed
or provided for such purpose.
(2) No person shall spit or perform any other unhygienic conducts except in a
receptacle or other facility designed or provided for such purpose.
