AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 19
Restriction on use of language and behaviour
No person shall at any time while in the Bylaw Area use any threatening,
abusive, obscene or offensive language, or behave in a riotous, disorderly,
indecent or offensive manner.
