AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 18

Obstruction

No person shall, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse-

   (a)  wilfully obstruct or interfere with-

        (i)    the proper use of the Airport; or

        (ii)   any Authorized Officer or Authorized Person in the execution of
               his duty or in the exercise of any powers conferred on him by
               this Bylaw; or

   (b)  place any article or thing in any part of the Bylaw Area in such a way
        that may cause obstruction or restriction to movement of persons or
        vehicles.
