AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 17

Nuisance and annoyance

(1) No person shall conduct himself in any part of the Bylaw Area so as to
cause a nuisance or annoyance to other persons.

(2) Except with the permission of the Authority, no person shall-

   (a)  undertake any musical, theatrical or other performance in whatever
        form or manner; or

   (b)  hold any meeting or assembly which causes any obstruction to the
        proper use or operation of the Airport.

(3) No person shall while within the Bylaw Area be in a state of intoxication
resulting from the consumption of any alcohol, medicine or drug.
