AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 15 

Fire

PART V

PUBLIC ORDER AND CONDUCT

No person shall-

   (a)  cause an outbreak of fire;

   (b)  light any naked flame at any place within the movement area except
        with the prior permission of the Authority; or

   (c)  light any naked flame at any other place where such act is prohibited
        by notice displayed thereat.
