AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 14

Graffiti and vandalism

No person shall, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, deface, remove
or detach, or write, paint, draw or affix any word, representation or
character upon, or soil, defile, break, cut, scratch, tear, spray or damage-

   (a)  any buildings, structures, walls or other facilities;

   (b)  any fixture, furniture, decoration, fittings or other property
        including but not limited to any sign, notice or road marking; or

   (c)  any machine, operating system, equipment, plant, apparatus, device or
        system referred to in section 13, including the surfaces thereof.
