AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 12
Closure
Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Bylaw, the Authority may at any
time limit access to or close any part or parts of the Bylaw Area if the
Authority, in its absolute discretion, considers it to be expedient for the
purpose of the safe and secure operation of the Airport, or necessary for the
carrying out of works.
