AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 11

Restricted Area

(1) Without prejudice to the generality of section 10, the Authority may
regulate the access to and the conduct of persons in the Restricted Area by
issuing or authorizing the issue of permits to such persons as the Authority
may from time to time consider appropriate. Such permits may be subject to
such terms and conditions as the Authority may from time to time determine to
be necessary for the safe and secure operation of the Airport.

(2) No person other than a bona fide airline passenger shall, while in the
Restricted Area and without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, fail to
wear a valid permit issued or authorized to be issued by the Authority or, in
the case of an air crew member, a valid military identification document or an
air crew identity card issued by an air carrier or an aviation authority in
such manner as may be acceptable to the Authority, so that it is reasonably
visible at all times.
