APPRENTICESHIP REGULATIONS - REGULATION 11
Power to prohibit overtime employment
The Commissioner may, if he is satisfied that the overtime employment of a
registered apprentice may prejudicially affect the health of the apprentice,
by notice in writing served on the employer, either prohibit the
overtime employment of the apprentice or specify such conditions in respect of
such overtime employment as he thinks fit.
