APPRENTICESHIP REGULATIONS - REGULATION 10
Power to extend limits of overtime employment
The Commissioner may in any particular case authorize an employer in writing
to employ a registered apprentice on overtime in excess of the aggregate
number of overtime hours, or in excess of the total hours which may be worked
in any day, permitted under regulation 9.
