MERCHANT SHIPPING (SEAFARERS) (CERTIFICATION OF OFFICERS) REGULATION - SECT 18
Appeals
Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Authority under section 8(2) or
10(2) to refuse to issue him a certificate or licence may appeal against the
decision to the Administrative Appeals Board. (Enacted 1995)
