MERCHANT SHIPPING (SEAFARERS) (SHIPS' DOCTORS) REGULATION - SECT 2
Certain Hong Kong ships to carry medical practitioners
Subject to section 3, every Hong Kong ship which-
(a) is not a coastal-going ship; and
(b) goes to sea having 100 or more persons on board, shall carry a medical
practitioner. (Enacted 1995)
