MERCHANT SHIPPING (SEAFARERS) (HOURS OF WORK) REGULATION - SECT 7
Copies of Regulation to be kept on board
The master of a ship shall keep on board a copy of this Regulation and make
such copy temporarily available to any seafarer who so requests, and the
employer shall ensure that such ship carries a copy of this Regulation.
