MARINE PARKS AND MARINE RESERVES REGULATION - SECT 20

Furnishing false information

It is an offence for any person who is an applicant for a permit to furnish
any information-

   (a)  which he knows or has reason to believe to be false in any material
        particular or misleading by reason of the omission of any material
        particular; or

   (b)  as true and accurate information without any belief in the truth or
        accuracy of the information furnished. (Enacted 1996)
