MARINE PARKS AND MARINE RESERVES REGULATION - SECT 13
Control of displaying signs
(1) No person shall, except under and in accordance with a permit, display any
sign, notice, poster, banner or advertisement in a marine park or marine
reserve.
(2) Where there has been a contravention of subsection (1), the Authority may
remove any such sign, notice, poster, banner or advertisement. (Enacted 1996)
