MARINE PARKS AND MARINE RESERVES REGULATION - SECT 12
Control of hawking
No person shall within a marine park or marine reserve sell, offer or expose
for sale, or let on hire, offer or expose for letting on hire, any commodity
or article except under and in accordance with a permit. (Enacted 1996)
