SEWAGE SERVICES (TRADE EFFLUENT SURCHARGE) REGULATION - SECT 8

Trade effluent surcharges shall not be collected in respect of water supplied
during a billing period under the Waterworks Ordinance ( Cap 102) which period
commenced before the day the Sewage Services Ordinance ( Cap 463) comes into
operation. (Enacted 1995)
