SEWAGE SERVICES (TRADE EFFLUENT SURCHARGE) REGULATION - SECT 5

Reduction of trade effluent surcharge by Drainage Authority

For the purposes of section 9(1)(d) of the Ordinance, no trade effluent
surcharge shall be reduced, waived or refunded unless the volume of wastewater
being discharged into a communal drain or communal sewer is not more than 85%
of the volume of water on which the trade effluent surcharge is based.
