SEWAGE SERVICES (SEWAGE CHARGE) REGULATION - SECT 3

Reduction of sewage charge by Drainage Authority

For the purposes of section 9(1)(d) of the Ordinance, no sewage charge shall
be reduced, waived or refunded unless the volume of wastewater being
discharged into a communal drain or communal sewer is not more than 85% of the
volume of water on which the sewage charge is based. (Enacted 1995)
