SECURITY AND GUARDING SERVICES (FEES) REGULATION - SECT 4

Payment by instalments

(1) The Authority may allow a licensee to pay the licence fee payable under
item 4 of the Schedule by equal annual instalments according to the number of
years for which the licence is issued.

(2) The first instalment shall be payable on the date of issue of the licence
and the remaining instalments shall be payable on or before each successive
anniversary of the date of issue of the licence.

(3) If the licensee defaults in payment of an instalment, that instalment and
the remaining instalments shall immediately become recoverable in full in one
lump sum as a civil debt due to the Authority from the licensee. (Enacted
