Adjustment of fees

Where a licence is issued under section 21 of the Ordinance for a period of
less than 5 years, the fee for such a licence shall be determined by
multiplying one-fifth of the applicable fee under item 4 of the Schedule by
the number of years for which the licence is issued. (Enacted 1995)
