SECURITY AND GUARDING SERVICES (FEES) REGULATION - SECT 2

Fees prescribed for the purposes of the Ordinance

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

For the purposes of the Ordinance-

   (a)  the fees set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed in respect of permits
        and are payable to the Commissioner; and

   (b)  the fees set out in Schedule 2 are prescribed in respect of licences
        and are payable to the Authority. (L.N. 134 of 2000)
