(Enacted 1995) SECURITY AND GUARDING SERVICES (FEES) REGULATION - SECT 4 (Repealed L.N. 134 of 2000) VerDate:15/06/2000 SECURITY AND GUARDING SERVICES (FEES) REGULATION - SECT 4 Payment by instalments VerDate:30/06/1997 (1) The Authority may allow a licensee to pay the licence fee payable under item 4 of the Schedule by equal annual instalments according to the number of years for which the licence is issued. (2) The first instalment shall be payable on the date of issue of the licence and the remaining instalments shall be payable on or before each successive anniversary of the date of issue of the licence. (3) If the licensee defaults in payment of an instalment, that instalment and the remaining instalments shall immediately become recoverable in full in one lump sum as a civil debt due to the Authority from the licensee. (Enacted 1995) SECURITY AND GUARDING SERVICES (FEES) REGULATION - SECT 5 No refund of fees VerDate:30/06/1997 If for any reason a permit or a licence ceases to be valid, no part of the fee paid under this Regulation shall be refunded. (Enacted 1995) SECURITY AND GUARDING SERVICES (FEES) REGULATION - SECT 7 Savings and Transitionals VerDate:15/06/2000 If, immediately before the commencement of sections 3, 5 and 6 of the Security and Guarding Services (Fees) (Amendment) Regulation 2000 (L.N. 134 of 2000), a licence fee was payable under this Regulation as it then applied (whether allowed to be paid by instalments under the repealed section 4 or otherwise), then the licence fee remains payable, and this Regulation as it then applied continues to apply in respect of the licence fee, as if those amendments had not been enacted.
