Notice, statement or other document to be lodged with or furnished to the Chairman

For the saving and transitional provisions relating to the amendments made by
the Resolution of the Legislative Council (L.N. 130 of 2007), see paragraph
(12) of that Resolution. Any notice, statement or other document required to
be lodged with or furnished to the Chairman under this Regulation may be
lodged with or furnished to the Chairman by sending a copy by registered post
addressed to the Chairman at the office of the Secretary for Labour and
