RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES (ELDERLY PERSONS) REGULATION - SECT 8

Cancellation of registration

The Director may cancel the registration of a person registered as a
health worker under section 6(2) if-

   (a)  he is of the opinion that registration was obtained by fraudulent
        means; or

   (b)  he ceases to be satisfied of any matter in respect of which he is
        required to be satisfied under section 6(3). (Enacted 1995)
