Qualifications for registration as a health worker

PART III

REGISTRATION OF HEALTH WORKERS

A person who-

   (a)  has completed a course of training approved by the Director in writing
        either generally or in any particular case; or

   (b)  by reason of his education, training, professional experience and
        skill in health work satisfies the Director that he is a suitable
        person to be registered as a health worker under section 6, shall be
        qualified to be registered as a health worker for the purposes of
        employment at a residential care home. (Enacted 1995)
