RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES (ELDERLY PERSONS) REGULATION - SECT 37
Offence of obstruction
Any person who obstructs a member of the Fire Services Department in the
exercise of his powers under section 31(2) commits an offence and is liable to
a fine at level 3. (Enacted 1995)
