Offences by operators and home managers

PART VIII

OFFENCES, PENALTIES AND FEES

(1) An operator who fails to comply with any of the provisions of section 11,
12, 13 or 14 commits an offence and is liable to a fine at level 4.

(2) A home manager who fails to comply with any of the provisions of
section 15, 16, 17 or 18 commits an offence and is liable to a fine at level
