RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES (ELDERLY PERSONS) REGULATION - SECT 35
Discharge of resident by operator
An operator may, by notice in writing served on any resident and on a relative
or contact person of such resident, discharge that resident and require him to
quit the residential care home before the expiry of such period being not less
than 30 days as shall be indicated in the notice. (Enacted 1995)
