RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES (ELDERLY PERSONS) REGULATION - SECT 34

Examination of residents

(1) The operator of a residential care home shall ensure that each resident is
medically examined at least once in every 12 months.

(2) The examination shall be conducted by a registered medical practitioner,
who shall report in writing to the operator on the health of each resident.

(3) A copy of such report shall be kept by the operator and made available at
all reasonable times for inspection by the Director or any inspector. (Enacted
