RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES (ELDERLY PERSONS) REGULATION - SECT 32

Report from Fire Services Department

Any member of the Fire Services Department may, in relation to any residential
care home, report to the Director any matter arising from an inspection under
section 31 or relating to the protection of life or property under the
Fire Services Ordinance ( Cap 95) and may make recommendations to the Director
as to anything necessary to preclude danger from fire. (Enacted 1995)
