RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES (ELDERLY PERSONS) REGULATION - SECT 30
Fire exits
The fire exits and exit routes of every residential care home shall, to the
satisfaction of the Director, be-
(a) kept free from obstruction; and
(b) adequately illuminated. (Enacted 1995)
