RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES (ELDERLY PERSONS) REGULATION - SECT 29
Fire prevention equipment
Every residential care home shall, to the satisfaction of the Director of Fire
Services, be provided with adequate apparatus and equipment required as a
safeguard against fire. (Enacted 1995)
