RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES (ELDERLY PERSONS) REGULATION - SECT 26

Water supply and ablutions

Every residential care home shall, to the satisfaction of the Director, be
provided with-

   (a)  an adequate and wholesome supply of water;

   (b)  adequate washing and laundering facilities;

   (c)  adequate bathing facilities. (Enacted 1995)
