RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES (ELDERLY PERSONS) REGULATION - SECT 25

Toilet facilities

(1) Every residential care home shall be provided with toilet facilities and
sanitary arrangements of a type approved by the Director.

(2) Every room used for toilet facilities shall-

   (a)  to the satisfaction of the Director, be provided with fittings
        appropriate to the use of the toilet facilities by residents;

   (b)  at all times be kept in a clean and sanitary condition;

   (c)  not be used for any other purpose. (Enacted 1995)
