RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES (ELDERLY PERSONS) REGULATION - SECT 22

Area of floor space per resident

(1) The minimum area of floor space required for each resident in a
residential care home shall be as indicated in Schedule 2.

(2) In determining the area of floor space for the purposes of this section
the area of any open space, podium, garden and any other area in the
residential care home which the Director is satisfied is unsuitable for the
purposes of a residential care home shall be disregarded. (Enacted 1995)
