RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES (ELDERLY PERSONS) REGULATION - SECT 18

Home manager to report scheduled infectious disease*

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

If a home manager suspects or knows of a case of scheduled infectious  disease
amongst the residents or staff of a residential care home or suspects or knows
that any such person has been in contact with a case of
scheduled infectious disease, he shall immediately so report to the Director.
