RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES (ELDERLY PERSONS) REGULATION - SECT 18
Home manager to report infectious disease
Caution: This is a past version. See the current version here.
If a home manager suspects or knows of a case of infectious disease amongst
the residents or staff of a residential care home or suspects or knows that
any such person has been in contact with a case of infectious disease, he
shall immediately so report to the Director. (Enacted 1995)
