RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES (ELDERLY PERSONS) REGULATION - SECT 17

Information to be given by home manager

(1) The Director may, by notice in writing served on a home  manager, require
the home manager to provide such information concerning the residential care
home as he may require before the expiry of such time being not less than 14
days as shall be indicated in the notice.

(2) A home manager on whom a notice is served under subsection (1) shall,
before the expiry of the time indicated in the notice, provide the information
required by the Director.
