SUPPLY OF SERVICES (IMPLIED TERMS) (EXCLUSION) ORDER 1995 - SECT 1

Exclusion

Section 5 of the Ordinance shall not apply to-

   (a)  the services of an advocate in court or before any tribunal, inquiry
        or arbitrator and in carrying out any preliminary work directly
        affecting the conduct of the hearing;

   (b)  the services rendered to a company by a director of the company in his
        capacity as such. (Enacted 1995)
