Position limit for licensed leveraged foreign exchange trader other than a leveraged foreign exchange introducing agent

The aggregate gross position for all foreign currencies of a licensed
leveraged foreign exchange trader other than a leveraged foreign exchange
introducing agent, excluding positions with a recognized counterparty, shall
not exceed 60 times its liquid capital at all times. (Enacted 1994)
