LEVERAGED FOREIGN EXCHANGE TRADING (FINANCIAL RESOURCES) RULES - SECT 11

Licensed leveraged foreign exchange trader to lodge monthly return with Commission

A licensed leveraged foreign exchange trader shall in respect of each calendar
month prepare a return containing particulars set out in the Form of Schedule
2 and cause the return to be lodged with the Commission not later than 5
business days after the end of the month. (Enacted 1994)
