PART V

STAFF AND STAFF DEALINGS

(1) A licensed trader shall be responsible for all acts carried out and
omissions made on its behalf by-

   (a)  its representatives and all persons for whose registration it is
        responsible under the Ordinance; and

   (b)  any other persons employed by it for the purposes of carrying on its
        business as a licensed trader, provided the acts or omissions are
        within the ostensible authority of that person.

(2) A licensed trader shall ensure that its representatives and employees
comply with the licensing requirements of the Ordinance. (Enacted 1994)
