LEVERAGED FOREIGN EXCHANGE TRADING (ARBITRATION) RULES - SECT 39

(1) Hong Kong law shall apply to the arbitration proceedings.

(2) In all cases, the arbitrator shall decide in accordance with the terms of
the agreement and shall take into account the usages of the trade applicable
to the transaction.

(3) Pursuant to section 2J of the Arbitration Ordinance ( Cap 341), the
provisions of that Ordinance shall apply to an arbitration conducted under
these Rules save for those matters which have been specifically provided for
in these Rules. (Enacted 1994)
