LEVERAGED FOREIGN EXCHANGE TRADING (ARBITRATION) RULES - SECT 38

Confidentiality

(1) The arbitrator may in his discretion determine that certain information
relating to the arbitration shall be kept confidential.

(2) Without prejudice to section 29(5), such confidential information shall
not be disclosed by any person without the written consent of the arbitrator.
