LEVERAGED FOREIGN EXCHANGE TRADING (ARBITRATION) RULES - SECT 36

Exclusion of liability

(1) An arbitrator shall not be liable to any party for any act or omission
relating to an arbitration conducted under these Rules, unless he is found to
have been fraudulent or dishonest.

(2) The chairman, deputy chairman, members and the clerk of the Arbitration
Panel and any representative of the HKIAC entitled to attend arbitration
proceedings under section 17 shall not be liable to any party for any act or
omission in connection with any arbitration conducted under these Rules unless
he is found to have been fraudulent or dishonest. (Enacted 1994)
