LEVERAGED FOREIGN EXCHANGE TRADING (ARBITRATION) RULES - SECT 3

Purpose of these Rules

These Rules govern the resolution of disputes that arise between a licensed
trader and its client, where-

   (a)  under an agreement between them, the client is entitled to elect to
        refer disputes between them to arbitration;

   (b)  such a dispute arises; and

   (c)  the client requires, or agrees, that the dispute be referred to
        arbitration. (Enacted 1994)
