LEVERAGED FOREIGN EXCHANGE TRADING (ARBITRATION) RULES - SECT 21

Time period for the communication of statements

The time period fixed by the arbitrator for the sending of written statements
(including the statement of claim and statement of defence) shall not exceed
21 days unless, at the request of a party, the arbitrator is satisfied that an
extension is justified in the circumstances. (Enacted 1994)
