LEVERAGED FOREIGN EXCHANGE TRADING (ARBITRATION) RULES - SECT 20
Amendments and further statements

(1) During the arbitration proceedings, either party may amend or supplement
his claim or defence except where the arbitrator considers it inappropriate to
allow such amendment, having regard to the scope of the arbitration clause or
the arbitration agreement, as the case may be, the delay in making it, the
likelihood of prejudice to the other party or any other relevant
circumstances.
(2) The arbitrator may require or accept further written statements, in
addition to the statement of claim and the statement of defence, and shall fix
the periods of time for communicating such statements. (Enacted 1994)
