LEVERAGED FOREIGN EXCHANGE TRADING (ARBITRATION) RULES - SECT 16

Language

(1) The arbitrator may order that any documents annexed to written statements
and any supplementary documents or exhibits submitted in the course of
proceedings, if not in an official language, to be accompanied by a
translation into an official language, such translation to be certified if not
agreed.

(2) Unless the arbitrator otherwise orders, witnesses shall be entitled to
give their evidence in the language of their choice and the arbitrator may
order the translation of that evidence, if not given in an official language,
into an official language by a suitably qualified person. (Enacted 1994)
